Upload your images

In order to assess you properly, we require you to upload 3 photos

• A full-body photograph of yourself (Important for us to evaluate your suitability for our weight loss pen. It must include your face , and you can wear whatever clothing you're comfortable in.)
• A picture of a valid ID, such as your Passport or Driver's License. (For the purpose of identity verification)
• A photo of you standing on the scales with the weight reading visible uploaded on the same day it was taken. (This is critical for us to prescribe the medication without requiring a face-to-face appointment.)
